Getting the Job

For years I have believed that Summer 2010 would be when I graduated college and got a job in the career path of the video industry. But I had no idea what that job would look like. Now, I know.

With the help of Steven Sandberg, I heard of a Reporter/Photographer position available at KDRV, the ABC affiliate, in Medford, Oregon. He helped get my resume and demo tape to the right people.

I was lucky enough to get offered the full time position with a two year contract. I took it.

Now, I start the process of relocating to Medford and being a hands-on, visible face for the news in Southern Oregon. Thanks for following my journey.
